1. Pay-Per-Lead Services
- Upfront Payment and Per-Lead Costs: This service includes an $800 upfront cost and $200 per lead.
- Refund Eligibility:
- If Webshrub does not deliver at least two qualified leads within 30 days of the start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the $800 upfront cost.
- A “qualified lead” is defined as a lead that meets the agreed-upon criteria outlined during onboarding.
- After Two Leads: Once we have successfully delivered two qualified leads, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
2. Paid Advertising Services
This policy applies to our Facebook Ads and Google Ads services.
- Refunds Not Available:
- Due to the nature of advertising and the resources involved, Webshrub does not offer refunds for paid advertising services, including ad spend and management fees.
- All services are provided as agreed upon in the service contract, and results may vary based on market conditions and other factors outside of our control.
General Terms
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@webshrub.com within 7 days of the qualifying event (e.g., failure to deliver two leads).
- Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction stemming from factors outside our control, such as changes in your business circumstances, customer behavior, or market shifts.
- Webshrub reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, based on the terms outlined in this policy.
This refund policy is effective as of 28 November 2024 and is subject to change at Webshrub’s discretion. Updates will be communicated via email or on our website at www.webshrub.com.
